We assist our clients throughout the process of buying the property, starting from the initial enquiry until completion (and very often beyond). We have access to all the new-build developments in the French Alps (also a few selected developments in south of France).
Following a strict selection process we usually list a maximum of 100 new-build projects on Findhomeabroad website. We actually tend to concentrate on average on a handful of new property developments. There is absolutely no charge for our services and we market all our properties at developer’s price.  We offer the advantage of impartial advice and can recommend other developments for you to compare.

BUYING IN FRANCE

At Findhomeabroad we are here to ensure that you understand the full implications of a French new-build property investment, help you to identify the right property to meet your personal requirements and supply you with up-to-date information concerning available properties. These properties are nearly always purchased off-plan and we are able to send you every detail, including floor plans, by e-mail. When you have found a suitable property, we can assist you with a French mortgage, if necessary, and guide you through the French property purchase process until completion. For most of our clients we are happy to organise exchange at our notary public in London therefore avoiding you a trip to France. It literally takes 5 minutes. Also we are happy to offer the services of an English-speaking French property solicitor (notaire) at no extra cost to you. He will be able to answer all your questions regarding tax or legal implications when buying a property in France.

After completion we offer excellent after sales and follow-up service to all our customers free of charge. We WILL NOT find new ways to charge our clients through some kind of “After sales package” like some of our competitors, we will just get on with it and in case we do not have the answer we shall use our French network of influence in the property market to bring you the most adapted solution.
