Crête Côte Village, new ski development situated at the entrance of La Plagne 1800 comprises fully-detached chalets, half chalets as well as 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments in traditionally-styled dwellings... Locally-sourced wood (superb warm tones) and stone using the most modern building techniques reflect the increasing international demand for more traditional mountain-style architecture, away from concrete and block-styles buildings constructed in 80s and 90s.

The interiors of chalets can be modified according to your choice. For example, bedrooms are situated either on first floor and reception, dining and kitchen areas on the top second floor or vice versa. With between four and six bedrooms (half this number for half-chalets) per chalet, it is possible to choose whether you prefer larger bedrooms (or more of them en-suites) or whether to maximise number of bedrooms, maybe in the prospect of rental potential or simply by choice. Also maybe you prefer a shower instead of a bathtub in one of the bathroom or decide to use one of the two bedrooms in detached chalets as a future playroom.

In the detached chalets, conduit and chimney for a fireplace can be fitted free of charge (the fireplace of your choice can be installed at cost with leading French fireplace specialists). All chalets and apartments are installed with electric heating for ease of use and practicality. Fireplaces cannot be fitted in apartments for security and maintenance reasons.
Exceptionally for new-build in France, all apartments or chalets come with fully-equipped kitchens and appliances (Mobalpa kitchen specialist).

You will be seduced by the superb views on the famous Mont-Blanc and the wooded surroundings.
The chalets are sold as half-chalets (70-80m2 living surface + garage + storage room + balcony) or as fully-detached (140-160m2 + 2 garages + 2 storage rooms + terrace) and depending on your choice can accommodate between 2 and 6 double bedrooms. La Plagne 1800


Now part of the Paradiski ski domain, La Plagne is at the hub of an immense ski circuit, having linked its already extensive terrain to the neighbouring resort of Les Arcs providing skiers access to 425km of pistes, 2 glaciers and two two-tiered cable cars with a capacity of 200. In addition to the variety of slopes, La Plagne also has an excellent snow record and varied evening entertainment.

La Plagne 1800 has gentle forest surroundings and a village made up of traditional chalet style buildings with direct access to the pistes. Just 200m from our accommodation is the ski school meeting point and access to the Crête Côte 1800 ski lift. From the top of this lift, skiers can ascend further to Aime la Plagne at 2100m or enjoy the wonderful runs down through the woods to the village of Plagne Montalbert.
