All of our French partners are experts in their own regions and our staff at our London office will assist and advise you at each step of the purchase process. We act as intermediaries between the client and the developers and assist them throughout the process of buying the  property, starting from the client initial enquiry until the completion and very often beyond.

We have access to over 800 new developments in the best French regions as well as a handful in the Marbella area of southern Spain. Following a strict selection process we usually list a maximum of 100 new-build projects.

Our property portfolio ranges from the ski apartments and chalets (we have a strong presence on the ski property market) to the seafront apartment in Brittany or in south of France or the brand new villa on instructions. We also list a range of selected properties with the French leaseback rental scheme as well as other investment properties. We also have a few selected Marbella developments when the price and location make it an exceptional investment opportunity.

There is absolutely no charge for our services and we list all our French and Spanish properties  at the developer's price yet we offer the advantage of impartial advice and can recommend other developments for you to compare. Our French & Spanish new-build properties (also resale properties mainly in Marbella Spain) are offered at exactly the same price as you would pay if you went directly to the property developer. Also we constantly negotiate better conditions for our clients and we  offer promotions all year round.
